Information Due to COVID-19 as of 18th March 2020

If you have a booking with Olly Motorcaravan Specialist, we would like to re-assure you of the procedures we have set in place prior to your booking. We intend to make every precaution to protect both you and ourselves by carrying out the following:

Individual telephone call prior to booking to establish current risk and requirements.
We will ensure the wearing of gloves and use of bacterial spray and wipes (PPE) within your van.
Maintaining at least a two metre distance, therefore requesting that your vehicle be unlocked with keys left in safe place (pre-arranged).
Any discussion required during the site visit can be done via telephone and therefore a contact number supplied and requested.
All paperwork will be left inside the vehicle on completion.
We would request that payment be made via bank transfer where details will be on the invoice.

Should the government guidelines change, we may amend this policy.

If however, you feel you would be more comfortable to postpone or cancel your appointment, please let us know at anytime.

Should you become ill with the coronavirus symptoms, please inform us when we call you prior to your booking to re-arrange, we also reserve the right to cancel or postpone if we too are suffering any symptoms.

Good Morning

You looked at our camper back in December, unfortunately it wasnt able to be repaired and we got paid out via the Insurance, i just wanted to pass on my thanks as you spent time looking at it and making calls etc trying to get a quote together, us getting a payout means you make no money from your effort but just wanted to say thanks and as a small conselation we shall be back with the replacement vehicle for other services and shall not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. We found the whole thing very professional and you and Paul very helpful.

Importance of Habitation Checks

We have this week carried out habitation checks on three damp vehicles. Thankfully two of those were still within the warranty period and were able to get repaired through the warranty scheme or supplying dealer. Just a reminder to get those checks done
